Jon Irenicus(or rather the slayer) and his demons get my vote(he was just so annoying, with his magic resistance and strong attacks)but i never played anything else beside the BG series so u guys may have different opinions.

i said Jon Irenicus, cause i've only fought Sarevok and Jon, and that Jon made me SOOOOOO mad!!! i was jumping for joy when i beat him to the ground! YES!

Jon by far. He wasnt hard but there was something wrong with my game and i wasnt allowed to kill certain demons withouth the game crashing!!!!!! So i allways had to CHEAT in the last battle!!!! GRRRRRRRR.

The Dark Savant from Wizardry 8, I just loved to hate him. He reminded me of a Marvel comics baddie besides he really looked stupid with the fishbowl on his head.

IMHO, jon irenecus got my vote 'coz BG2 w/ TOB, IWD(not on the list) was the only game that i have finishd and i loved Jon casting spells... the effects are good
