On Average How Much Do You Tip The Pizza Delivery Guy?

I cannot answer, as I do not have to tip him.
I found out that the price of the Pizza from Pizza Hut in my area includes his tip, already!
They were already charging me the customary 15%, so I said the heck with giving him more!

Speaking of ordering pizza I just ordered pizza last night. Anyways I also noticed that they charged for delivery, but only being (one Canadian dollar which is about nothing) I decided to give him two more to bring it up to three dollars for a 17 dollar pizza. I think that would be lots.

I'm reasonably generous, I give about 20 percent of the price - largely down to the fact that I used to be a pizza boy myself.

yeah i delivered pizzas for about a year and made pretty decent money too when were were busy. i averaged about $2 a delivery though on most nights im just trying to see just what the going rate is.
