These are basically the fantasy books I own and love. Just wondering if anybody else read them and liked them.

Everyone should read David Farlands 'Runelords' series (three first books are out, but there'll be more). It's a brilliant world there! (and the third book I think is the best one of those out already)

A Song of Ice and Fire is my favorite series in the list, althought Wheel of Time and Wayfarer: Redemption come close.

I have to put a lot of smilies here now since you included Modesitt's Recluse novels... they're my personal favorite (some of the later ones especially... by which I mean The White Order, The Colors of Chaos, Magi'i of Cyador, and Scion of Cyador)... WONDERFUL books... in my opinion, the best developed characters I've seen... I love these kind of books, as well as the Forgotten Realms series. I read each and every one of them and loved them all.

I did like the two last Recluse books very much too. Lorn is a very interesting character. If you like well developed characters I recommend "A Song of Ice and Fire", beside the characters it has so intricate intrigue that what happens around the Palace of Eternal Light is childplay in comparaison.

I just love R. A. Salvatore. I am reading, "Legacy of the Drow" and believe it to be his best book yet. Wish I had more time to just sit and read.

I love Robert Jordan's series! I own Robin Hobb's and Terry Goodkind's, but I have not read them yet!
