I'm very sorry GlassMaiden, but when I replied to your thread on Ice Cream I caused it to become corrupt
 Please accept my apologies.I thought it only fair to resurrect the thread and begin with my own favourite Ice Cream, which is (rather boringly) simple chocolate flavour. I'm no Ice Cream connoisseur however, and I'd be interested to see what sort of flavours are out there. Post here with your favourite Ice Cream! |

So many flavors! So few cones and bowls!
 Give me a scoop of Swiss Chocolate Almond (A United Dairy Farmer's Specialty) and I am a happy camper. I'd ride my bicycle on an eight mile round trip to get them as a kid.  Moni ------------------

It's hard for me to pick just one, it really depends on my mood. The flavour I remember most fondly from my childhood, is licorice ice cream, from Farr's. It was an odd color, but it tasted like Callard & Bowser's Licorice toffee. Mmmm.

I have more than one favorite, so bear with me:
Peanut Butter & Chocolate from Baskin Robbins (chocolate ice cream with slabs of real peanut butter running throughout, not peanut butter ice cream) Chocolate Truffel Explosion from Edie's Dreamery (chocolate ice cream, fudge ripples, and chocolate truffels throughout...mmmmmmm...) Chocolate Chocolate Chip from Haagen Daz And, a local favorite...Andy's Frozen Custard! Yummy! Some of my favorite combinations are: chocolate custard with pretzels and caramel mixed in; chocolate custard with heath bars crunched up or oreos crunched up; chocolate chip cookie with vanilla custard, caramel, and pecans on top; vanilla custard with melted chocolate chips and fresh strawberries mixed in. Did anyone noticed a theme? Hmmmm....maybe it's the chocolate! Can you tell how much I like ice cream/frozen yogurt?
