I want to type 0325 on a cell but excel keep on changing it to 325. Is there anyway to prevent it from changing? This is so irritating...

Right click on the cell you have the number in, go to cell formatting or equivalent and there change the type to text. Then your numbers shall stay as text, and as you write them.
