Anybody remember this game?
IIRC, the game was originally "Mike Tyson's Punchout," but after Tyson got into some legal trouble, they dropped his name from the title and made the last boss a white guy and renamed him. Please tell me I'm not imagining this. If anybody remembers, please LMK I'm not nuts. Also, could you let me know what the last guys name is in the "Punchout" version? TIA!

I remember that game. It was impossible when I tried to play it when I was little, but I picked it up a few months ago and it was much easier. Never got to the last levels, unfortunately.

I belonged in the dedicated gaming group for that game. It was really challenging to me at the time, and I loved it.

One of the best games ever made! me and my friends played it last week, we beat macho man but tyson was just too hard. Has anyone ever won over tyson legitimately (no saving and reloading in an emulator for example)?

This game ruled. I'm pretty sure that back then we completed it, but it was so long ago...
Every day after school, we'd play contra until we conpleted it, then we'd play punchout.
