soooo...the baby is still on the inside, but...it's BIG! or well, i'm measuring big. so the dr has ordered ANOTHER ultrasound and an appt to discuss an induction. he's hoping for friday (the 29th) we're hoping to push it back to may 3rd or 4th, but we'll see how big the baby is before worrying too much about it.
so anyway, in a none poll format- start your guessing! date/time of birth length of labor baby weight (in pounds please) for help in deciding your guesses here is some info- all of my previous labors were natural- 1st 36hours, 2nd 5hours, 3rd 9 1/2 hours the girls weights were 8lbs 7.1oz, 8lbs 7.6oz, and 9lbs 8.8oz they were all born on their ultrasound due dates, so technically all at 40 weeks, since this would be an induction at 38 or 39 weeks the baby should be anywhere from 1/2-2 pound less than if she came at 40 weeks. if you wish to reserve your guesses til next week when we will prolly have a positive induction date, go ahead, either way i'm excited! my guess is... 9.7 lbs and since it's an induction the labor could last as long as... hmm around 8-30 hours, I'm going to go with 15, but it will probably be longer (sorry). As for the date, I'd be guessing the 29th but it might carry over into the 30th.

Rev induction that sucks. My wife was induced for the first and she was lucky about 15 hours in the hospital> I think it was a few hours of hardcore labour until she had the epiderial(sp). But they do say the more kids you have the faster it is going to be. So are you dialated at all?
Ok baby size is 8 pounds 2 OZ. Ok change that 7 pounds 11 oz. Time of birth 0200 am babies never coming during the day LOL. And 14 hours from the time you get to the hospital til the baby is out. Either way I am very happy for you.

Hmmm... I say.... 8 lbs 11 oz, 19.5 inches long. 9 hours of labor, delivered on the induction day of the 29th at 10:45 PM.

Well I realize that some babies come during the day. Jeeeezzzz. Sydney was 0100 and man that is hard to handle. I think I had about 4 hours of sleep during the first 72 hours. I had caffine piped straight into my arm.
you never know rev It could be a fast labour.
