I got some good news and some bad news.... Good news! The last time I taken Spanish was last June and before that my entire school year starting September! Bad News! My Spanish teacher was horrible and all my level one Spanish knowledge has been replaced with French level one knowledge! [img]graemlins/heee.gif[/img] PM Larry he knows the language.

I ran it thru an online translator and got this:
evading me: today aqui, tomorrow another place, not wanting to see that al final of the I gave were not and It caused lacks us time so that you to convince that you were my entire life, that in truth me to know I used this site: http://www.freetranslation.com/ It's obviously less than perfect but maybe that'll give you a start...

Dragonslayer got most of it, though there were some minor translation errors:
(always) evading/avoiding me: Today here, tomorrow another place, not wanting to see that at the end of the day you wont be there. Estar is the verb for 'to be' that you use when you want to indicate place/postition, among other things. 'It is so' would be 'es asi' or something along those lines. You'd use the alternative verb for 'to be' though' (ser) and not 'estar' We needed more time for me to convince you that you were my entire life, for you to truly get to know me. 'Hacer falta' means 'to need'. F.e. 'No hace falta' = 'that's not necessary'. Literally 'Nos hizo falta tiempo' means 'Time [was] needed [for] us'. 'Para que' is used to indicate an objective or goal: 'with the objective to' and the verbs it relates to are always in a special conjugation called the 'subjuntivo'. Both convencer (convince) and conocer (to [get to] know) have this conjugation, so both verbs express things he wants to do/achieve ( but didnt have time for ). 'En verdad' is an expression that can mean 'in truth' but has many subtle broader meanings all relating to 'truth' that translate as 'truly, really', the gist of the expression here is 'to know someone completely, entirely / to know everything about someone. In other words: the truth about someone. Sorry if I got a little carried away with explaining things ![]() I studied and lived in Spain for a year last year, but very rarely get to use Spanish now that I'm back home. So whenever I get the chance to do something with it, I jump at the opportunity ![]() Ciao!

Sorry I was not here quicker.
The question has been adequately answered. BTW>>> NEVER trust an online translating program...especially if it is something important like homework, for example. Those things do not work with cultural differences in words, nor any slain's true meaning.
