I have accepted the quest to look into the unseeing eye cult. I have found keldorn but he is outlined in red. (enemy) how do I proceed. I want him in my party but do not know how to end his state?

Hey, welcome to the Ironworks!!! Unfortunately, it sounds like you've done something to upset Keldorn. Either you accidentally hit him with a spell (while fighting any nearby "baddies"), or something very similar. Once a character "goes red" and become your enemy, there really isn't anything you can do about it. I would recommend that you go back to an earlier save, and try again... it's worth it, Keldorn rocks as a front-line fighter.

hmm, strange, what's your reputation... if it's not very low, then maybe you dropped an area effect spell (ie fireball, lightning bolt) in his tunnel... if it's not either of these then

a. charm him, might make him more amiable...

or b. reload the area and try again

1) Inquisitors are immune to Charm
2) Charmed creatures cannot speak of their own free will, and therefore cannot join the party

Reloading is probably your only option. You can also turn Keldorn hostile if you keep being disrespectful to him.

i first approached from the north after fighting in the north corner. he was finishing off a zombie and was already red. he never attacked me but remained red. I reloaded the game from the auto load into the sewers. I approached from a different way. (the south) and he was still red!? looks like im screwed.

Did u kill the people in the Radiant Heart? That might be the problem... When Anomen fails his test he gets real pissed and asks u if u want to join him in killing those people in the RH, I dont really know what will happen if u did kill those people(because i never did) but that might be the trigger of getting Keldorn hostile.

[/QUOTE]D'oh, well I know that if you charm someone that's charmed by another creature it breaks the charm (not always, but sometimes) didn't know about the inquisitor immunity, never played one... hmm, looks like you're screwed
