ok...I go into a building and am immediately attacked by a group of very tough warriors. One of them is invisible except for his floating Helmet and shield...and he is a mean sucker!!! Can't remember exactly where I am in the City, but I am sure if you have met this guy you will remember him. How can I take him out? He kills most of my group before I get a chance to get to him?

Several things you can do: 1) Cast as many defensive spells on your party as you can BEFORE entering the room; 2) Have your fighters drink potions of heroism and giant strength; 3) Have your mage zero in on him with Magic Missle, etc.; 4) Have your cleric(s) behind your party casting heal; 5) Hopefully your thief has a bow so use it; and 6) Pause, pause, pause. Take it a step at a time. Watch what is taking place and change your tactics as needed. What level are you? Perhaps you need to avoid this area and come back when you leveled up and are more capable. Running away to fight another day is an EXCELLENT tactic!

Most in my party are level 7. I have been able to handle everything else so far, and so think its just a tactical adjustment that I need to make. I think I got too self assured in getting through other areas with relative ease...this one just stopped me in my tracks! A good wakeup call! Thanks for the advice...I will beef up well before entering next time!
