I'm assuming you are talking about the Thieve's maze? What you might want to try is keep all of your party back around a corner and equipped with blunt weapons. Then stealth someone and send them forward until one of the skeleton warriors appears and fire an arrow at it. That should draw out the first one by itself. After you do that lead it back to where your party is waiting and bludgeon the hell out of it with those blunt weapons. Also, if you have a lot of ranged attackers in your group, switch them over to melee. Arrows don't work well at all against skeletons...

Cast invisiblity on your thieve then sneak him or her up and disable the traps. Then scoot your thief on around to the other side of the skeletons. Once your thief is out of range of the blast area throw a few potions of Oil of Fiery burning at them to weaken them up. Then rush everyone at them. Always works for me.

k the fiery burning or explosions does not work, and for some reason Imoen can't see the traps, but the arrow and bludgeon could work, but i have to go for a long hike.
And what do i do about Eltan, do i go talk to his "healer" first and then kill Sarevok? or will he still be saved when i kill the bastard? |

this is what i did.
i gave everybody ranged weapons and put the guy with a really good armor class and set him up in the front that way the skeleton warrior will only attack him and he shouldnt get hit that much (ac -9 or -10) then just hit them with ranged attacks and magical arrows and bullets and bolts that should do the trick. |

SPOILER
. . . .. . . .. . . .. . after you defeat Sarevok, the game ends, so it doesn't really metter about Eltan. I suggest saving b4 you enter the maze, and after you kill Sav, go back to that save to do all the extras (ToTSC, etc.) I didn't do anything for Eltan, and I don't remember any consequences. ------------------ ![]() Official teaser and ranger of the HADB Clan "I am great...start bowin'" heeheeheeheehee ![]() |

Well, if you're going to really go cheesy with your tactics why not... spoiler...
. . . . . . . . . . . . . use invisibility on a couple of characters and set them up to block the incoming enemy while your ranged attackers fire away at them. Due to the poor AI the game won't have the skeletons attack them as long as they never saw them and will usually just keep trying to attack the people behind them, which they unfortunately can't reach... ------------------ "Beware fool that you put too much stock in the power of the spoken word, lest the unspoken one trample you from behind." The only reward for healing Eltan is 1000 exp (roughly, i think) , which ain't that much at the end of the game
