Two Questions (Spoilerish)

1. My Jester is wondering if it`s possible to get a restoration spell on Brynlaw. He doesn`t have a cleric with him, but does have Jaheira, who doesn`t have restoration.

2. My undead hunter is wondering how to kill the stone golems in Jermien`s house. Party is UH, Jaheira, Aerie, and Yoshimo. All low level, just out of Irenicus` Dungeon.

3. I`m planning on soloing a monk... how will I get past traps without a thief ??

4. What stronghold does a monk get ??

5. Can a monk use scrolls such as Protection from Undead ??

Well i cant help with the Monk questions. I have never acctually soloed even though i have been through the game at least 8 times. But with the stone golems, they arent that hard(well not as hard as those damn clay golems) i think they can be hurt with blunt weapons like war hammers. Er... Y are you trying to do that mission if you only just got out of the dungeon?

1. There are no stores at Brynnlaw, except the Temple of Umberlee (?). If they dont sell it there, then no, you cant get one.

2. Stone Golems requires +2 weapons or better to kill.

3. Monks can detect traps, though they cant disarm them. You'll just have to avoid them.

4. De'Arnise Keep, same as the Barbarian and Fighter

5. AFAIK, nope, they cant use scrolls.

3. Not. You're able to detect them, so just walk around them.
4. D'Arnise Hold.
5. Not sure, but my feeling says no.

A monk can use Protection from Undead, if it's the green scroll. Anyone can use them.
And to clarify something.. There IS a shop on Brynnlaw. It's hard to find, but it's definately there.

Is it flagged on the map ??

The shop on Brynlaw is just north of the guildhall and no its not marked. Its a corner house, not difficult to miss.
