Doctor, doctor...

A man goes to the doctor and says "oh, doc, I've got such terrible bowel pains, I can barely sit down, and going to the bathroom is a nightmare!" So the doctor replies, "well, we'll just have to take a look down there then, won't we?" and fishes out the various instruments needed to perform the delicate task.

About five minutes into the examination, the doctor produces a bank note from the poor patient's behind. "My goodness," he exclaims, "a hundred dollar note!" He then goes on to find more bills, and draws them out slowly, one by one, until finally the doctor concludes that every bank note has been removed.

"It's no wonder you were experiencing such discomfort," the doc says, after a quick count-up of the cash, "there was exactly $1999 inside you!". "Well, that makes sense," the man says, "I knew I wasn't feeling too grand!"
