Stuck on Naila's kidnap

hi im having some trouble gathering evidence for corheig..
there was a post a coupel of pages back mentioning you need to talk to the smuggler and find some slave documents
where are these located? i have found the financial ones however
im beginning to think i missed the smuggler since im in chapter 6 right now
anyhelp would be appreciated

First, go to the Docks, and to the Sea Bounty Tavern. Do not enter, but go south of it, down the "stairs". There you'll find a drunk sailor or something. Get all the information you can out of him, then enter the Tavern. Go down the stairs in there, where you'll find the soldier. Talk to him, tell him all the information you got from the drunken guy, and he'll attack you. Among his loot, you'll find evidence against Isea.
