I guess after this he will have another project like "DIY a H-bomb under 5K" and "Blow my country to kingdom come under 10k". Some people has too much time campared to their sense of logic.

Hey all you need is a GPS receiver and some kind of motor...heck you can put a tiny warhead on a model airplane. I have in my distant childhood made many a bomb from ordinary household materials so this is no err "rocket science" I would think that for $5,000 you could hire any reasonbly skilled college kid to build you one and have at least $2500 left over for beer [img]smile.gif[/img]
