You know, that game that came out a couple of years ago. RTS, set in an Asian setting? 4 Races, Lotus, Dragon, Serpent, and Wolf? Featured an interesting training system? Yeah, that's the one. I'm wondering if anyone other than me has the game and its expansion Winter of the Wolf

Yep, i got it. The graphics were okay, but the gameplay was crappy imo. I'm not too crazy anymore about those games with a populationlimit. I only played a few levels, so i never finished the game. Maybe i will someday, but i doubt it.

I have the first Battle Realms, but not the expansion. I played pretty far, but got bored. I enjoyed it while I played, though.

I enjoyed the game; what annoys me about it tho - is the map editor - I wanna play the Dragon Clan with some Serpent Clan stuff - like the computer does on certain levels - unfortunatly, that'd mean coding n stuff, I suspect. Ah well.
The game was good, because, imho, it was so different from most other games - yeah, it had your basic unit structure and whatnot, but, it was a nice break from games like AoE, starcraft, warcraft III or any other number of games that spring to mind. Still; they could have made it a LOT better imo. |

I liked it a lot, but it just... I dunno. IMO, it was too easy to get the third tier units, and then just build a balanced force. However, I have to say that whoever's job it was to distribute it should be fired.
