Language translation

I need some help in finding an online dictionary that translates English into Japanese but uses the English alphabet. For example:
"Desperate for something to touch" = "Sotto foreru mono"
I only got this cos I have some episodes of a japanese manga, but does anyone know where such an online dictionary exists? My friend wants to know what "I am a demon" would be in Japenese, but using the english alphabet, like in the example above. I know that demon is Oni in japanese, but I need to know how "I" and "am" and "a" would be spoken, so I can write it in english (so to speak). If someone already knows the translation of the phrase, that's great! But a link to a dictionary like that would still be useful for my purposes.

I'd say use Freetranslations.com but unfortunanetly, they don't go from English to Japanese and vise versa.
