Well, I've just tried to install BG2 on my computer and during the process it tells me to insert CD 5.
But I don't own a CD 5 nor have I ever done. What is this, and how can I get rid of it?
Thank you for any answer

I believe hes talking about the peasants, not the shadows ...
Those peasants are ogres in disguise, and yes, you should and try to "force attack" them .. in the menu-bar where your quik-item slots are located, there's also a sword-icon, ( somewhere to the left), just click on that twice .. and you'll be able to attack non-aggresive people too.

Uh, shouldn't we be answering Sir Regins question? I, of course, have no clue whatsoever!

Im watching every single one of you while im answering this ... no sudden moves ....

I believe i've read threads that described similar problems before,
IIRC, it has something to do with the ToB-expansion .. it somehow believes you have that too, and asks for CD 5, which should be the ToB-CD.
Again im definetly not sure, it might help to use the search-option of this forum.

I tried the ToB cd and it wouldn't work.
Well, I'll try searching for it but I've not had any good experiences with that search engine
