What do you see when you picture an Australian?

I am doing a speech for english on "Images of Australia" and was wanderign what my fellow IW'ers saw when they pictured an Australian? And if you are an Ozzie yourself i want to know what you see too! I have *cheacks watch* 8 hours to do this (not long) so if you read this post what you see even if it is a few words. Any thaughts would be appreciated.

I think of the phrase, "G'day mate." and imagery of the great outdoors come to mind.

Upon further thinking, dairy products.

Does anyone seea fat guy sitting on a couch with a beer? Shouting "get me a beer dal!" ? Or calling their next-door-nabour a "bloody idiot" ?

Eh? I think of an average looking male who is suntanned and dressed casually.
