It was designed by a New Zealander I think. I saw something on the news about around 2 months ago.

there's thousands of submissions. i'm hoping they make a good choice, rather than a "budget choice".
however, my personal favorite is by waldo (my friend) who wants to make a huge jungle gym with green laser lights and rolley coasties!! V***V [img]graemlins/chaos.gif[/img]
