Hi, I've been through the game like, 100 times, and now I'm gonna CLUA Console in a whole bunch of monsters in Waukeens Promendade to have my own nice little war. I was wonderin, can you spawn in any creatures that, while are not in your party, fight monsters?

No, except Fiends, you cant do such thing. But I think I read here somewhere about a mod that will allow a group of mercenaries to join you, without beeing in your party.

once again, may I add, the hirelings mod can be found at:
www.forgottenwars.net

I believe that is the one being alluded to here.

If you've beaten the game 100 times, don't bother with the mercenaries and kill them all with your powerful party! I'd enjoy launching fireballs everywhere.

Beware I tried this with BG1 and creating too many characters can backfire. This is and RPG and not a RTS, so large numbers of creatures is normally not supported very well. I had 50 gibberlings and 50 guards (all hostile) and the game took a while to process every round, so be warned. (you do know the CLUA codes for creatures right?)

If not, try these for a start:
wyvern01 Wyvern skelwa01 Skel. Warrior
dragred Red Dragon ghogr01 Greater Ghoul
dragsil Silver Dragon mumgre01 Great Mummy
dragblac Black Dragon mistho01 Mist Horror
lich01 Lich orc05 Orc Warrior
hldemi Demi Lich gendji01 Djinni
beheld01 Elder Beholder ogre01 Ogre
uddrow27 Drow Warrior behgau01 Gauth Beholder
icsalcol Salamander trogi01 Giant Troll
vammat01 Mature Vamp. troluo01 Splitter Troll
icmin01 Minotaur icbone01 Bone Golem
golsto01 Stone Golem mindfl01 Mind Flayer

Enjoy!

Yeah just do it without the CLUAConsole and use a high level spellcaster to summon fiends to terrorize the city (don't forget protection from evil).

Oh yeah, I forgot one more thing.

Waukeen's Promenade has lots of commoners, so creating war and mayhem in the middle of the city will drop your Rep quite a bit if you hit bystanders, as well as probably getting a call from the Cowled Wizards if you're summoning fiends. But if you have nothing better to do, then enjoy. If you're after magic warfare, go play Heroes 4 eh?
