All of them look good, I liked Wizard the best. However with Frenzied I had the impression that the guy's arms are a bit too short.

I like all of them but you made their arms a little too short and their palms a little to small.

The first guy is fairly cool, I know someone with hair like that!
 The wizard looks good, but for some reason it just doesn't look like a wizard to me. For the last guy you have 2 options. You could either make his trousers shorter, or else increase the whole of his body. One or the other.
