How much spamming does it take?

Does anybody know how much spamming it takes for you to go up a level from Water guard geez.... Because for some reason I have been stuck on this for ages and it's getting on my tits.....lol

I was only messing around before you all start thinking I am crazy etc....(doesn't look too surprised) And anyway I would like to know if any of you are willing to start up a BG" guild with me sometime, because I am very bored and have nothing else better to do with me life.....lol
