General Tommy Franks has said the full might of an aerial attack is being held back while negotiations continue for the surrender of some elements of the Republican Guard. He says the time for negotiation will be over in a couple of hours and then it will be time for "shock and awe".
The question is, who are they negotiating with and where is Saddam....

The latest I heard was that he was pulled from that bunker we blasted on Wed. night with an oxygen mask on. It has been unconfirmed.

That must really make them mad, US live television 24 hrs a-day, and from the looks of the 3rd back drop, it'sin Arabic also. Which means that the Iraqi citiziens are seeing what and why. This could turn out to be very effective.
