Smells like rotten fish to me.
Can you say weapon malfunction. More precisely, the extractor malfunctioned. And for him not to check the chamber, adds it all up to 'STUPID". "Witnesses said when the agent released the slide, one shot fired into the top of his left thigh. The gun was pointed at the floor." Hmm, doesn't mention anything about trigger pull. Must be one of those new guns that can shoot all by itself. Oh, wait, the article comes from CNN, it did fire all by itself. Probably with the safety engaged also.

Erm... yeah, yet another 1-in-a-million accident that shows how guns are evil. The number of accidental shootings is statistically insignificant. Give me my gun, or give me death. When the Federalies come storming my compound, I want to at least have the option of taking a few of them out in protest. So, F**K all gun laws.
