Help with Completing the Rift in the Pit

I used the wand on the 'Sightless One' in the pit and it of course has disappeared. The problem I have is I can't seem to complete the quest without it and my saved games are after the fact. Is there any way to continue on, or am I going to have to start over?

After you use the wand, it should be in your general inventory, have you checked? You might be able to CLUA it back in, but I wouldnt know the code for it.

MISC5C but I am not sure whether you get charged or discharged device and whether Amaunator will accept a charged device (if you get a charged one).

If you enter the Temple with the charged device, the Avatar doesn't even appear, and the Diseased Ones outside don't recognize you as carrying it. I solved this problem by using the device to blast one of them.

I double checked my general inventory and it is not there. I even tried resting to see if it would reappear but no dice. Any other ideas?

Only other thing I can think of would be going back to where you stood when you 'zapped' the Unseeing Eye, maybe its on the ground? Or use the CLUAConsole to get it back in if you dont mind using the console. Otherwise I think you'll have to reload.

Well, I started over from an old save and sure enough this time the wand was in my inventory after I zapped it. Thanks for the help everyone.
