First off, Welcome to IW kol. now lets answer those questions.

1. being a fallen paladin means you loose all the abilities of a paladin, so you can't cast spells.
2.I can't help you there.
3. Spell memoroziation is simple. First of all, once you learn a spell, you permanetly have it. Go to your spell book, you'll see how many spellsy you get by looking at the boxes available. You then click on your spells, and it gets added. You can have more than one spell. THen your rest, and you have your spells. And when you cast it, you use up one of those spells for the day, so to replenish them, rest. So if you have 2 magic missles, you use one, you'll have one left, because you used one of the slots up for the day. Play the tutorial for more help.

Heya Kol, welcome to the forum.

1. In the BG-games you have a certain reputation. This can get higher by doing good deeds and lower by doing evil stuff. This influences the reaction of the NPCs on your character, but also, if you're a Paladin or a Ranger, you lose your special abilities and spells if your reputation drops below a certain point. Paladins are champions of justice and honour, so you'll understand that they can't do bad stuff without consequence. Sadly, once this occurs, there's nothing you can do to reverse it. Bringing your reputation up again doesn't give your Paladin his abilities back.

2. Hmmm, we need more info on what you want if we're to help you on this one. For instance, what kind of character do you want to be, what kind of character will your brother be (sorry, but "Kalinin" doesn't ring any bell), etc.

Like J'aran said, becoming a fallen paladin is reputation related. Along with Rangers. So you need to watch out for that, and I don't think ther is a cure for a fallen paladin but starting over.

Perhaps you meant 'Kensai'?
If so, Kensai is a warrior class dedicated to close combat. A good companion for a warrior would be a spellcaster in my opinion, such as a sorcerer or cleric.
