Not important, but I just wanted to know which of the two,(Dragons or Liches),did you find the most difficult to defeat? I've played SOA several times and I have always been able to beat the Dragons easily(except the silver one, which I never fought). I did not even have to reload a save game, but the Liches on the other hand have slapped me around pretty good and have me reloading 3 or 4 times.I now make sure that I have at least two magic users w/plenty of breaching type spells memorized in my group, but the Liches still put up a better fight than the Dragons.

Dragons are more simple for me because they don't have that much protections and aren't invisible, because most of the time i don't have an invisibility purge or true sight ready so that poses a problem(i'm solo sorcerer at the moment) so i have to reload, but i hate reloading so i battle him until he or me is dead(most of the time it's me)

i think that to find the lich battle easier download the cap level from the ironworks site. it allows you to get past the stupid cap limit.by doing from that the way i would beat dragons and lich is by casting time stop and then meteor storm and then casting the globe which stops contact from outside. a good tip for dragons get to where you can see the dragon but where he cant see you and cast death fog or cloudkill. it will hurt him but he won't attack. keep doing that and hes as good as dead. for the lich i stun him because there is no saving throw and then just blast him with all ive got.

The Biggest Factor that keeps liches from being newhere near as powerful as Dragons is because of their INCREDIBLY slow movement rate.... U can ditch them and wait for their protections to wear of without much trouble at all... especially if they summon a pit fiend

Personaly I thought that liches would be harder than dragons esspecialy since the main enemy dragon (firkragg) was red and my cavalier got bounuses and was 110 fire resistant...

HA!! yeah right stupid firkragg had me running in cirlcles with only me, nalia (with no more effective spells) and jaheria left. Until luckily jaheria whacked him with belm.

Then on to the liches. Wow. that was easy. Nailed them all without losing ANYONE!! HORAY!!

allthough my caviler IS 55% magic resistant, and 50% magic damage resistant... ah well...

So seeing as how I cant keep things short or simple I must say I belive the fast moving fire breathing (or something else depending on color)dragons are much harder than the stupid weak liches, Who are slower than molasses and don't have really big claws or "HUGE SHARP POINTY TEETH!"

You know, there is something special about me when I fight those two enemies.
Cause when I fight Dragons, I am always very unlucky, and must reload some times before defeating them. But when I fight Liches (Demi's too), I am always lucky, and take them easy!

Oh Dragons by far. They always breath really hard and you go F L Y Y Y Y Y Y Y ING away into oblivion(although it does look pretty darn cool if you dont get unconsious and are trying to walk against the wind ). Liches just summon pit fiends and stuff like that.
