Bridge District NPCs(Spoil ?)

In the "F ive Flagons Inn" in the Bridge District, there are a Halfling,a Dwarf,and a woman named Belle,( I forget the names of the Halfling and Dwarf).Are there any quests involved with them ?Also there is a Lord and Lady w/guards( forgot names again),standing in the street of the Bridge Dist. outside of the Temple of Helm.When I speak to either one of the them,they say they are waiting on some one,is this another quest? If so,Please "Spoil" me.

Downstairs in the 5 Flagons Inn....there's a fairly lengthy quest.

As a quick check, press tab over neutral characters to see if they have a name or just a general class. Those with names may have something as a quest, but I think all of those are nothing. The halflings in the 5-Inn aren't that special I believe.

If you're bored, go raid to huge house beside the temple. Get tons of stuff and money. (andfight a few guards that aren't too willing to let you rampage around the house. (You've done the Lord Rumar sub-sequence in the Copper Coronet right?

)

That Dwarf is called something Firehammer and the Halfling is Jerry (or Jeremy) Jamtoes, right? No, there's no quest involving them. Same with the nobles and their guards. Those people are only there to add some couleur locale.

As a totally useless but kinda intriguing sidenote: if you go to the Council of Six Building in the Government District, you'll find a Halfling inside. He has almost the exact name as the guy in the Five Flagons. One of those is called Jerry Jamtoes and the other is Jeremy Jamtoes (forget which is which).
