Well, I have been going on about my impending finals for what must seem like years. The hour is now upon me, and tomorrow (31 May) I sit the first of 2 exams.
For anyone interested, it is a bachelors degree in history and archaeology for which I have been studying part time (ie. at evening classes) for the last 4 years as well as working full time. It has been a bit of an endurance test, but an enjoyable one. I feel as though I am achieving something, doing something useful with my life (even though a better job is unlikely to come out of it). I have amazed myself that I have had the stamina and willpower to do this for 4 years.
