I think it is just you - the Board is quite normal to me now. When I say 'just you', I mean that it must be your Internet provider - probably now is a time of the day when a lot of people connect to the Internet via the same provider as you, so your connection rate may slow noticeably. It is just my two cents hypothesis though.

You were almost right... there is something weird with the cable connection to the computor I used so I changed and now it's normal again
