A little thief {possible spoiler}

In Brynnlaw, located aruond top left hand side of map, there is a kid walking up to you, bumping you and stole $10 from me.
And then I caught him, asking why he stole my money, and he said he need it desparately. Is this any special quest or something??

Yeah, him and his sister need to get off this island, need you to kill the baddy that's more or less enslaving them , yadda yadd ayadda...find the sister and the quest will be given to you

The sister is around the upper right corner of the screen. Just after the inn.

to clarify if something is a quest or just one of the many EasterEggs in SoA (Black Lotus anyone) just check your quest log (Q)

Or you can just kill the little thief in a dark alley, noone will see and you get your money back.
