hey guys.
in the government district, there is a house you cannot get into.....is there someway to get in? "remember, amatuers bulit the ark, Professionals built the Titanic!"

AFAIK that house is part of Nalia's quest (if you keep her in your party after saving her keep), and is unlocked for a certain time for that quest. Otherwise you can't get in.
