I don't know about the rest of y'all but I am really bummed that they shut down Black Isles. From Fallout to BG2 , I will surely miss their games.

What do you mean they're gone? From the looks of it, they're still here.. or am I missing something?

Question Mark

I saw that it certainly did appear that Black Isle is no longer in existence based on threads at the Black Isle Forum site, but I couldn't find any press release verifying this at either the Black Isle home site or the Interplay home site. However, when a game developer is saying goodbye to people and wondering where he will go then it must be true. *sigh* Oh, well...that's life in the big city.

Damn! It seems just about everyone got laid off right before the holidays. This news sucks on so many levels!

From NMA (No Mutants Allowed) site, BIS is still there but all the staff has been laid off. Maybe Interplay is going through a massive restructering...

Well, i also was just over at NMA. Actually, i don't believe in the restructering thing because then they wouldn't can thi much paople. Even if they are doing something like this, taking this much people away from the (computer) RPG component of the company tells me that they aren't going to make any CRPG's anymore.

Just sad allaround.

Can't blame me for trying to keep my hopes up, do you?

Good bye Fallout 3... *silence*

Okay, back to playing KotOR PC. Life is short and we must dwell on sad things.
