Next gen. Star Wars games.

I am currently being torn between buying Jedi Knight 3: Jedi Academy and Knights of the Old Republic.
I've always enjoyed the Jedi Knight series, plus KOTOR doesn't seem to have multiplayer. That said, KOTOR was developed by Bioware, so it has to be good, right?
Any recommendations?

I've got both and it really all depends on what your after. If you've played Jedi Outcast you'll find Jedi Academy very similar. KOTOR is IMHO the best game ever made, although i'll admit im a Star Wars junkie. It's got an interesting story, great characters honestly I cant say enough good things about it. If you wait for the PC version I think there will be multi player in it but im not 100% sure. If I had to choose I think i'd pick KOTOR.

I would say KOTOR if you like open ended games.

Ok, ok, you've got me convinced. I'll probably buy KOTOR and trick one of my friends into buying Jedy Academy.

KOTOR all the way esspecialy sence they already started to design a 2nd one and the downloadable content is suposed to be comming out soon

Get both ASAP! Just finished academy and am thrilled about it, great saberfights. KOTOR should be present in your game collection if you're a real rpg player and a star wars fan. Can't wait till the bloody game comes out on PC...
