Try playing the second part of the Truth and Reconciliation on Legendary difficulty. It's simply impossible to beat if you're playing a single campaign. They launch so many of those saber-wielding Elites at you that you would have to time all attacks perfectly to make sure your men don't die (and in turn, you).
I tried this part of the campaign probably 20+ times before I became frustrated and gave up. I hid in a corridor away from the Covenant, and when I came back to the door, there were four of those Elites waiting for me. No one can manage that, and if they can, I'd like to meet them. And if it helps any, I was left with an assault rifle, a needler, and probably four of each grenade. |

Suggestion: Get a partner. You'd be surprised how much easier the game is when you can die and still come back.

Yea, I know. The only person comparable to my playing style is my cousin, and he lives in NY. He'll be down the 26th though.
I don't know, I was just frustrated on how a game design can be so insurmountable. I mean, have you ever played Myth 2? That game was extremely hard and required supreme tact (IMO), but I still managed to play the whole game through until the end. I guess I was more angry at myself than the game, lol. |

I have completed the game on impossible with a friend. So much cooler. And the last level was funny as I kept shouting out directions for the warthog. And I had the habit of puting vehilces in places they weren't meant to go too. Like up ramps indoor or ontop of buildings.
