I'm on the Sword level playing with the expert difficulty. I'm all done except for the incriminating evidence. I havent been able to get into certain doors, the keys I had didnt work and I couldnt pick the locks. I found out through a walkthrough that there was a key on the ground by a big tree. I found the key and figured I'd be able to open the doors, but the key didnt open them. I have about 4 of one type of key and 1 of the other type(the one that I found on the ground. Is there another key somewhere that I'm missing? Can someone help?

DoctorXX, I'm glad to see people still are playing one of the most unique games ever created for the PC. What walkthough did you refer to? If you haven't checked it out yet go to www.ttlg.com and they have excellent walkthroughs concerning both Thief 1 and 2.

Actually eating enough of it heals u a little. Thief was one of the best games ever made. It provided me with endless game enjoyment and downright fun. Thief 2 is cool aslo and Thief 3.......well it's finally on the way

There is going to be a Theif 3? Who is doing the development? I guess Eidos would still be involved.

Yes, Eidos are still releasing it but our old friend Looking Glass Studios has...well, broken
Ion Storm are the developers this time round. Theres alot of mixed opinions but it looks VERY promising. Rather than the Dark Engine they're using Geforce's Unreal Engine in Thief 3, go here to have a look at what graphics this engine can create :

It's just one snapshot but I think it looks very nice.
Also Thief 3 *should* (well im hoping to god it does) have multiplayer capability - that will be very cool.
