Okay, who else has played this game? I'd like to know if I was the only one who was dissapointed with the final campaign and the ending.

And who else can predict an expansion that tells us what happens to Illidan, Arthas and the Lich King?

I have , it *was* a very good game though, don't you think? But I do agree the ending was a major anticlimax, extreme anticlimax, so yeah... I do believe Blizzard has a history of releasing Exp. Packs so i wouldn't be worried

I'm not disapointed; unfortunately this is due to the fact that I expected it. Everybody knows that Blizzard will always leave plot lines dangling so that they can cash in on an expansion set. They did it in Starcraft. One major complaint I have about W3 is that not only was the story bad, it was also predictable. Who wouldn't have guessed that Arthas would turn Death Knioght at the end of the Human Campaign.

*spoilers ahead!*

Well, I sure as hell couldn't at first. He seemed like a perfectly nice guy except for having a bit of a temper, which was why Luther was there to keep him under control.

And even then he might not have become a Death Knight, he might just have been left to die by the Lich King after he killed his father.

There was also the part where Grom was corrupted. I certainly wouldn't have guessed that he'd be returned to normal form again, I'd have thought that Thrall would have been forced to slay him.

I had a feeling Grom was going to buy the farm (pun not intended) but not via the heroic sacrifice route. While the ending cinematic of the orc campaign was great, I'm still left wondering how the archdemon could get killed in a single hit.

Mannototh wasn't an archdemon like Archimonde, just a Pit Lord. And Grom still had some Chaos in his veins, you could see that, so that let him wound it. And he made a high-level critical hit as well? Or it was a cinematic and all of the normal game physics of Warcraft 3 were ignored

Fortunately the hilarious end credits made up for it.

LOL! Yeah! I think they got inspired by Sacrifice when doing those, honestly

Good game, Sacrifice, really grand.
