Has anyone happened to get this weapon legitimatly, because really really want it!!!!!
If any one has gotten it how rare is it, I know you get it in a random encounter and need high luck and outdoorsman skill, but i can never seem to get it, At the moment I have: LUCK: 8 Outdoorsman: 127% but i am still having no luck (must have finished the game 10 times with various characters, but never any luck  )

I think you can get one if you happen upon the "Guardian" special encounter. I have yet to find one, myself.

That's the one. The one with the giant round 'portal' thingie. It's much like every other special random encounter. You can get it very early in the game, very late or not at all. Either travel a lot, not to much to worry about a time limit or play the game over and over. You should find it.
