So far I've managed to improve (Raise STATs) Dak'kon, Morte and Nordom
Can you Improve any of the others?

Well, I think that Ignus can be improved a slight bit. And in the final battle Vhailor can have his Str, Dex and Con raised to 25 if things are done correctly.
