Where to get Oblivion mods?

Yes, i had a bit of a browse on there last night. It seems there's a bit of a war going on. I find it painfully hard to sit and read through a lot of the BS responses that the legit posts generate there, but apparently a lot of the modders don't like the fact that Beth has the right to sell anything a modder makes with no proceeds to the author.

I'm just wondering. Isn't the laws governing Oblivion exactly the same as those that governed Morrowind? Technically, Beth does own mod content and can sell it if they choose. But will they?
