All right, try as I might, every time I think that I have the the correct items on the correct statues in the prison to solve this puzzle, nothing happens. Is something suppose to happen? Or can I just not figure it out. Please send HELLLLPPPP!

I assume you mean the Asylum Dungeons, right? The room where you place the items in the boxes?
Here are the correct order, starting from the door (facing it in the room), and proceeding clockwise: SPOILER SPACE > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Grinning Skull Hourglass Mirror The Gagged Man Sword Medallion Sun Medallion Sundial Jar of Water Worn out Boots Golden Circlet Star Medallion Placing these in the proper order will get you the Dusty Rose Ioun Stone and the Sapphire (search the chest in the center of the room again).
