Where can I get quests for House Redoran? I have gotten a few but who exactly can give them to me? Where are they? I need to see some concilwoman about further advancement, but I cant find her.

Have you been to Ald'Rhun? Go to the Skar (i think that is the name of the building). It's the biggest building in the middle of town. The Redoran council is straight accross from the door you walk in through. In fact, there are 3 doors side by side that take you to the council chambers.

try getting a copy of the red book. i think thats the redoran book, its either redbook or brownbook, they should be lyring around redoran council houses. its got the names of all the important redoran people and where they are.

Go to Skar at ald ruhn, when you enter go straight ahead to be accepted into the house and for your initiation quest. If you first enter skar, turn left for the rest of your house quest.
