That place is just wicked confussing, but buying the 'guide to vivec' available almost everywhere helps, and an enchanted item that gives you lots of levitation makes it a lot easier to get around efficeintly, especially after the ordinators get mean.

Yeah, you'll figure it out later on. And Vivec is no problem once you've been there a couple of times. Take the time to explore the Cantons for a while, you'll enjoy it. I even made it my permanent residence.

LOL I still get lost unless I look at the map while flying. Flying is the best way IMO not to get lost. Also, just remember at least two cantons AND on what side their on, ie, left or right, north or south. Ooh Ooh! Almost forgot. If you have a very high Acrobatics skills, its soooo fun to try and jump from one canton to the next. Just make sure to have a constant restore health item.

or just cast levitate if you think you're not gonna make it.
