Curse of the Cheating (spoilers)

I cheated and got the dwarf to fix wraithguard, but i put it on and it killed me (duh). I increased my life to 322 and i put it on. It left me with a permanent effect of having only 90 something life. Help?

I wear it and the glove didn't do damage to me.

Unequip and reequip: the damage is dealt only the first time. And is dealt via a script command which lowers your health. The effect is permanent until the script is running. you need to unequip and reequip to have the "doonce" variable set to 1 and the script to stop.
At least I think so.

oh, no wonder it doesn't do damage to me.
