while wandering aimlessly to the north west of the island. I swear I kept on hearing a door opening and closing ( just like the homalayan one ). Did anybody hear such noise or I'm the only one?

I haven't got Bloodmoon yet so I don't know about that, but sometimes the first couple of minutes after I load a game, I can hear weapons repeatedly being drawn and put back in the inventory.

Very strange...

And I don't smoke skooma...

Well, not much anyways...

it could be a bug or it could be something else.......you should try exploring that area more just to see if there's anything else

no, the sound can be heard clearly. I haer the sound again. For those who got bloodmoon go to Northwest and levitate to the top of the mountain ( where this plant called Wolfbane is which is west of Thormoor's Watch ). you can clearly hear a lot door opening and shutting.

That's when your enchented items finish recharging: weapons sound like they are being drawn, and amulets / rings like scrolls being put int he inventory.

I've heard those sounds too now. I think it's supposed to be the sound of Mortrag Glacier rumbling or maybe ice breaking up.

But you're right, it sounds like the door at the secret monestary where the dissident priests hide.

I dunno...
