Orcs at a daedric shrine, and other spoilers

I got the fighter's guild quest to kill the lead orc at the daedric shrine near the Fields of Kumma. And I found the shrine, went in and killed the orc, and his two hangers-on. I went back to Edyis Whatsherface and told her but she just told me about the quest again. So I though, d'oh! have to go tell Alof since he gave me the news about where to find the orc. He just told me about the quest again too. What's going on? Is there some identifying feature I had to bring back to prove I'd killed the guy or what? I didn't see anything on his body, just some poor armour and such.

Also, I'm looking for Saturan, 'northeast and just over the mountains' from Suran. Can't find it anywhere! Heads up?

Are you sure that you've killed the leader? He is not at the lower level: you have to levitate up to the second floor. If you have no means of levitation, find a back entrance to the building.

Oh! You mean I have to traipse all the way out there again? Now this is where mark and recall would come in handy! Except I wouldn't have marked it thinking I'd finished

Why do orcs all have the same name? Is very confusing!

Oh btw when I actually do kill the right guy, do I go direct to Edyis or have to tell Alof first? Don't want to waste time doing that again

I think that Eydis gave you the quest - reporrt to her. Who is Alof anyway? The Hlaalu noble in Suran?

Alof's the farmer at the Fields of Kumma who I was told to go talk to about the quest; he told me where the orcs were.

a simple levitation spell will make the trip faster.

it doesn't load indefinitely, you just have to wait for a very long time.
