I'm creating a combat specialized character.

MAJOR

Block
Armorer
Security
Speechcraft
Longblade

MINOR

Heavy Armor
Restoration
Marksman
?
?

Should I try some magic? I noticed that it's really easy to increase restoration. Cast restoration spell, that's all What about alteration, mystism? They're easy to increase too? Should I try some magic? But my int is 30 and my magicka is low. Even in this conditions with a low INT will these skills be useful to me? THanks..

okay Zoltan, this may come into a shock for you.

It doesn't matter where you put your skills in, be it either in major , minor or misc skill. you can still use your skill whereever you put it in.

the speed where your skill will increase has NO difference in where you put them in. Not counting the race skill benefit . The only difference is that your skill get boosted in major, some boost in minor and no boost in misc.

for example, you put your longblade in misc skill but you can still use a long blade as a weapon. your long blade skill in misc section will still go up as fast as you put the long blade skill on major or minor.

the reason why I didn't mention this earlier is because this is for advance players in morrowind.

I think it depends on your style of play. Magic can fill in a bunch of holes if you take the time to develop it. Alteration is fairly usefull for anyone.

I launch Morrowind, create a character play for 2 or 3 hours. Then I quit. Writing to this forum then starting a new character! Also I play mafia too. It's one of the best games that I had ever played. By the way, I'm the one who beat the daggerfall (elder scrolls II) if you have any questions about daggerfall feel free to ask, I'll help
thanks..

Let's continue this discussion in "enchanting" post. Which magic skills are deadly necessary for an adventurer?
