The man who has the quest where he'll give you these really fast boots but they blind you, where is he, outside Caldera? Met him before, but now I can never find him.

Take the road from Caldera to Gnaar Mok, she's somewhere on the side of the road. If i'm not mistaken a naked Nord is nearby too in that area, maybe that rings a bel ?

The witch is just along the road, just point to the general direction the Nord tells you... she's near a campfire.
However, if I recall correctly, you shouldn't meet the Nord on the road to Gnaar Mok... doesn't matter, though... just go to Gnaar Mok and you will find Pemenic the trader.

Yeah, did the witch quest with the guy. Thanx, now i remember. I always go to Balmora via Hla Oad, then to Caldera. The (SPOILER) reward for the Nord's quest is +2 to your str. Thanx for the help.
