I've got the exuisite shirt,skirt,and shoes. I have the quest and I have the Telvanni bug musk. When I talk to Savile Imayn about "something special" she never brings up the special slave. What else do I need?

You've got everything you need. She should start bargaining with you about the price of the slave. Just click on all the subjects there and hopefully one will trigger the bargaining line.

Well that didn't work...Any other suggestions? I'm open to most anything...Oh BTW when I get her should I go back by boat, walk or what?

Hmmm, try talking to the slave girl and see if the game thinks you have already paid. You are going to need to walk back to the camp. You can start there or take a boat to another location, but biped mode is the only method to get to the middle of the grasslands.
I would suggest clearing a path first while she waits. Example: You come to the first stretch of water. Stop and talk to her on the shore. Ask her to wait. Step into the water and be a fish magnet. Kill the 3-5 fish that attack. Go back and get her. Same tactic as you cross the land. She waits while you clear a path within visual sight of her.
